U of S Microsoft Campus Agreement Information


Below you will find information on which departments have enrolled in the Microsoft Campus Agreement for the 2012-2013 term. If your department is not listed below and you would like to particpate in this program, please contact your college/department administration. Registration takes place annually and colleges/departments cannot join between registration periods. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this program or click here for more information and frequently asked questions.

Please note that the Windows 7 and 8 Upgrade products that we sell will NOT perform upgrades on retail or OEM products. You may be required to do a clean install for Windows 7 or 8.

Agreement #1 covers:

Office 2013 Pro Plus (includes: Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, Lync 2013, & Publisher)

Office Mac 2011 (includes: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Previous Editions of Office (includes: Office 2007/2010 for Windows and Office 2008 for Mac)

Windows 7 & 8 Upgrade - Coverage allows upgrade to these operating systems from an existing, valid Windows operating system. The also includes upgrading to Enterprise editions of the same version (i.e. Windows 7 Home Premium to Enterprise)

Windows Downgrade Rights - Coverage includes downgrading an existing Windows installation to a previous version (downgrade to XP Pro, Vista Enterprise, Windows 7 Enterprise)

Virtualization Rights - Virtualization includes coverage to install Windows on a computer without uninstalling the host operating system (i.e. Installation of Windows in Bootcamp/Fusion/Parallels)

Agreement #4: This is for the College of Engineering only. It is the same as Campus Agreement #1 and also includes the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP). This is not an application, but a systems management tool.
